Using a combination of a resistance band system and a weighted bar to challenge muscles and build strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled, low-impact exercises. The bar and its attached straps provide resistance and support, allowing for a variety of full-body exercises that mimic a Pilates reformer workout by engaging core stability and improving your mind-body connection.
